Delivery times depend on destination and carrier.
Tracking information is provided once an order ships.

3. Returns & Exchanges
Because many pieces are handcrafted to order, returns may be limited.
However, we will always assist with issues related to:
production defects;
incorrect items;
damaged-on-arrival items.
To request a return or exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@tmpl.digital.
Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.
Custom-sized or personalized pieces may not be eligible for return unless defective.
